The 16 selected startups showcase the breadth and ambition of accessible innovation happening across the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The companies joining Creo 2025 span sectors from fitness and fashion to workplace technology and travel, all united by founders who understand their users&#8217; challenges from the inside out. This cohort demonstrates remarkable diversity, with 93% founded by disabled or neurodivergent entrepreneurs and 46% women-founded or co-founded. Half are already generating revenue, while 60% have secured grant funding to fuel their growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Creo, developed in partnership with Motability Operations, exists to amplify disabled and neurodiverse founders who are often overlooked by traditional accelerators. The programme combines expert-led workshops, peer support, and investor connections specifically tailored for founders navigating both startup challenges and accessibility barriers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since launching in 2024, Creo has built a reputation for honest conversations about what it means to build a company as a disabled founder.
