UK AI startups raised $1.03b in VC investment in Q1 2025, the biggest first quarter fundraise of the past three years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yet we face a defining challenge. While the UK excels at startup creation, we struggle to retain our most promising companies as they scale.
